No Security Deposit: There is no security deposit required to be settled for this stay, so you don't need to worry about any large hold on your card!



Optional Damage Protection: Instead, we offer an entirely optional non-refundable damage waiver to give you extra peace of mind during your stay. This is completely optional, and more details/options will be sent via a secure verification link right after your booking is confirmed.

If early check in or late check out is requested, fees will apply to cover cleaner's costs. We will accommodate this when possible.



Lost keys will be charged at £50



For the comfort and safety of our neighbours, this property is fitted with a Minut noise monitoring device in the communal area. The device only monitors noise levels and does not record conversations.



Quiet hours must be respected at all times. Excessive noise, parties, or anti-social behaviour are strictly prohibited.



If noise levels exceed acceptable limits and we receive complaints or alerts from the monitoring system, a £100 disturbance fee may be charged.



If the issue continues and our 24/7 security team is required to attend the property, guests may be asked to leave immediately without refund.
