âThe customer service was excellent. All staff were attentive, helpful and genuinely friendly and interested in us getting the most out of our stay. Room was lovely just a little bit hot overnight even with the window open. Thank you for a lovely stayâ

âStayed here over the weekend. Location is great, just a short walk from Pulteney Bridge and the centre. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the possibility to make some coffee at your own room was nice too. A bath tub would have been a bonus, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about.â

âThe hotel has been recently renovated and looks amazing, while keeping the original charm of the place. The restaurant and bar has such a cosy but vibrant atmosphere, with a brilliant menu (delicious) and such kind staff. Every single person who we met was friendly, and we felt so welcomed - as was our dog! Will stay again.â
