It is a short walk from The Abbey, Roman Baths, Victoria Park, Royal Crescent and shopping areas. Ideal crash pad for a couple on a city break or if travelling to Bath on business. There are plenty of fabulous restaurants and bars to unwind in on your door step and it is directly opposite the award-winning Scallop Shell.

The space
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and accessed via a communal staircase in St Pauls Court, a 1960's block. Although less elegant than the Georgian architecture that Bath boasts, you'll find this light and spacious apartment a great rate for its central location. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa and arm chair, large TV/ DVD player and a dining area. The fully fitted kitchen has new appliances including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The bedroom has a king size bed, and plenty of wardrobe storage and the modern bathroom has a bath/shower and new fittings.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
