The Space:

Upon entering the property, you are welcomed by a spacious entry hall and a charming, ground-floor bedroom to your right (the bed is a UK kingsize and can be split into 2 singles) with adjoining dressing area. Moving along the hallway, you will find a convenient WC.



Straight ahead is the newly renovated living room with comfortable sofas and a 65" smart TV. This room is the perfect spot to kick back and relax with your friends and family.



Down one flight of stairs you will find the open-plan kitchen with glamorous dining table and chandelier leading to the outside patio area. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking up a storm including a coffee machine, waffle maker, panini maker, slow cooker, juicer, food processor, and all of the pots and pans, utensils and bakeware needed - there will be no end to the culinary creations. Equally, the house is perfectly positioned to order in some of Bath's delicious local cuisine. Adjoining the kitchen, you will find the utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, highchair and travel cot.



Make your way up two flights of stairs to find two bedrooms, each with UK super-king size beds (that can be split into singles) with large wardrobes for your holiday outfits! These are separated by a family bathroom with bath and shower.



The top floor features a family size room with UK super-king size bed and UK king size bed (each of which can also be split into singles). This light and airy room has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and a spacious dressing area with convenient shelves and baskets to store your clothes.



Situated just a two-minute walk from Charlotte Street car park and a 10-minute walk into the town centre or Royal Crescent, The Monmouth House of Bath really is the perfect place to make memories.



Various bed formations available - please request your preferred bed formation at least 7 days in advance of your reservation: 2 x King size Beds, 3 x Super king size Beds, 10 x singles or any other bed combination.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the whole property for the duration of their stay.

Nestled in a prime location, this house offers unparalleled access to Bath's vibrant heart. Less than a 10-minute stroll leads you directly to the city centre and the bustling theatre district, home to the renowned Theatre Royal and other entertainment venues such as a cinema, comedy club, nightclubs, and bars. History buffs will delight in the proximity to iconic landmarks like the Royal Crescent, the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey, all easily accessible. For a breath of fresh air, Victoria Park, with its leafy paths and children's adventure playground, is right across the road. Wander through the Georgian streets to Bath's shopping quarter where high street brands sit alongside independent shops for the perfect shopping experience. Culinary adventures await with a diverse array of restaurants representing cuisines from around the world, all within easy reach. Just a few minutes walk away is a large supermarket and access to the walking and cycle path along the River Avon.



Getting Around:

Being less than a 10 minute walk to the city centre, everything you need is on your doorstep. A convenient bus stop right outside the front door can take you to outlying areas. The train station is a 15 minute walk away from the house with train services to London, Wales, the coast and The Midlands.
