”This place is great in so many respects, but particularly in regards to the location to a beautiful part of the city of Bath. The guest house is right in between the Circus and the Royal Crescent. Everything you might want is within walking distance including some great restaurants. We highly recommend this facility. I can't comment on the staff since we had no interaction with them. The guest house used a lockbox to provide us with our keys.”

”A little shabby but perfect location. Pillows flat and sheets older but bed was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. One room facing the garden was peaceful and quiet while second room facing the street louder as street is busy. Location is a short walk to central Bath with many food options close by. ”

”Location is perfect, close to lots of things to do and see. The staff are all very nice and friendly, can't folt them at all. The room we stayed in could do with a bit of an upgrade in the bathroom and a freshen up but it was still a nice enough stay. Food was beautiful, dining room was very clean and nicely presented. Would highly recommend.”
