”The property is dated, needs to be freshened up top to bottom. It is on the fringe of a wooded area nice and quite. The 1 big complaint is that the property owner did not advise us that we were the only visitors to be there most of the time so there would be no food service available, so we had to cook every meal for ourselves. ”Charming cozy character cottage with everything you could possibly need and more! Outdoor space overlooking gardens with nice breeze and privacy. Very clean and comfortable! ”Perfect place for our family holiday. Charles is a great host and went out of way to make our first time in Barbados very special. Excellent location with plenty to do within walking distance around Mullins and Speightstown. We particularly enjoyed the lovely pool and garden in a peaceful neighbourhood.”

”The house is very well located, you do not need a car. The beach is 8 minutes away on foot, the bus stop is 20 meters away from the house. There are very frequent busses. The house is very clean, you have everything you need; but there are no moskito nets, so we brought them with us, which was a good help. We recommend this house.”

”I arrived after a long trip to London late in the evening to find the apartment very dirty and have not been cleaned since last guests stayed . ”Our stay at Miyako was the perfect spot for our surfing vacation. The property was clean and communication with the owner Ty was easy as was the check in process. Freight’s bay is a 3 minute walk. A great place to learn how to surf. If surfing is not your thing this quiet neighborhood is a lovely place to stay. An easy drive to Oistins where you will find all the amenities you’ll need! ”Really enjoyed our stay at the Cottage. Nicely situated for short commutes to our favourite beaches as well as the Sky Mall for shopping and Starbucks at Haggert’s Hall. Literally minutes from the airport too. Great to have the place to ourselves and exclusive use of the pool - very nice!”

”A wonderful find. The property is stand alone with excellent facilities. Exceptionally clean. Everything you need is here. Access to washing machine if needed. Approximately 5 minutes walk to the main road, so everwhere is easily accessible. Jeff was very attentive making sure I had everything I needed, without being intrusive. Very kind and helpful. ”Wir hatten eine superschöne Zeit im Gingerbread Cottage, luftig, mit wunderschönem Ausblick, ruhig, karibisches Flair, gut gelegen, ca. 10min. Autofahrt zu Stränden (Folkstone) und Geschäften. ”The location of hotel is perfect. Just few meters from the front of hotel you can take a swim in the sea. Area is calm and lovely, at the same time close to public transport, restaurants and shops. Both the staff and owners are amazing and extremely helpful. They meet you as a member of family and really take care of you during your stay. Also my room was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay here. ”
