”The location is gorgeous. So close to Philly, Historic Smithville and Atlantic City. No issue with “things to do” on property or near by. It only gets three stars as I expected a much higher level of customer experience. The hotel was busy! Soccer teams, private parties, golf groups, tourists etc. The room wasn’t ready at check in. ”Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron.”

”Have a service dog. This was noted on my reservation. When checking in was asked for my dogs "service dog papers and registration number". I had to repeatedly tell them there is no such thing. Outside area tables looked like someone had vomited on them. Cigarette butts everywhere. Super drunk guy lingering around all night. Wish I knew a Hampton Inn was next door - would have stayed there.”

”The receptionist was very friendly. However, the room itself was stuffy with the most egregious issues being the shower and toilet. The toilet would not flush unless the tank’s chain and flapper were manually released and the shower head was faulty with very little water pressure. I stayed one night.”
