”Disappointing experience . When I informed reception at 6.15 pm that we had no water for the bath or shower I was told there wasn't any maintenance available . So neither I or my wife could have a shower that evening or the next morning ( today ) . On check out I reminded the manager of this problem , but no redress or discount was offered ; until I asked for a discount . Corridors and public areas are very stylish but also little bit old fashioned..full carpets etc. and f.ex. why to have hot and cold water valves separated?.. Nice hotel anyway, nice location!”
