”Staff were helpful and very nice. Room condition however was not good by any standard. I can’t recommend this place to anyone in its current state. You will have bugs in the room, strong smells, stains on the walls, and toiletries are an extra charge.”

”I booked this room approximately one month in advance through Expedia and selected the "Pay at Property" option. On the morning of my trip, I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and was told it had been canceled. The hotel explained they attempted to charge my card three times 48 hours before arrival. ”When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for”

”Room reeked of cigarette smoke and there was brown splatter stains on the bathroom wall and door. We did not spend the night there and left. We asked for a refund for the next two nights and of course they never replied. Check in was a video kiosk. People drinking in the parking lot and a repo guy almost hit my truck towing a car parked next to me. Super sketchy and smelled on the outside halls and stairs. I would avoid at all costs. Going to have to try and get a chargeback on my credit...
