”Staff were helpful and very nice. Room condition however was not good by any standard. I can’t recommend this place to anyone in its current state. You will have bugs in the room, strong smells, stains on the walls, and toiletries are an extra charge.”

”Every issue we had, which were next to none, and every one of the staff who assisted us, met or exceeded our needs. They were very helpful and pleasant and our grandchildren loved the outside pool! Breakfast was great! So many choices! We’d certainly stay there again if we return to the area!!”

”When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for”

”Room reeked of cigarette smoke and there was brown splatter stains on the bathroom wall and door. We did not spend the night there and left. We asked for a refund for the next two nights and of course they never replied. Check in was a video kiosk. People drinking in the parking lot and a repo guy almost hit my truck towing a car parked next to me. Super sketchy and smelled on the outside halls and stairs. I would avoid at all costs. Going to have to try and get a chargeback on my credit...

”There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. The room was disgusting, the floor probably hadn’t been swept ever. The shower had mold & there wasn’t really any hot water. The mini fridge was covered in old food and the room smelled musty.”

”Far too much air freshener. Smelled it in my sleep. The AC unit sounds like a jet engine. The front desk staff barely greeted me upon check in. There are no amenities like coffee, shampoo, body wash. Finally, tho the bed was comfortable, I've had pieces of bread thicker than the pillows.”

”The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!”
