”Staff was excellent. There is a mix of with the reservation and they took care of it no problem. The kids enjoyed the pool and everything you would need is right outside your door. Great location!”

”Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed..not being mean..bed was hard as a rock. I'm serious. It was like laying on plywood. Whoever manages this place just cut corners everywhere..I do not recommend it..just being honest..it should be renamed Low Quality inn”

”The kitchen is not equipped with cooking supplies there is no hot water was told i had to get up at 6am tht was the only time it had hit water the staff was friendly and hopeful the room its self was ok but the stairwells had poo the went all the way to the first floor and it was like tht for over 24 hours its very convenient to every thing”

”The hotel has rules that guests sign and it make it a quiet hotel. The room we were in needs a new bathroom. The shower floor bounces which means moves up and down with weight. Water seems out and floor tiles are cracking. We told the front desk. Parking lot configuration not the best. Parking spaces short closest to the building. The 1 night stay was comfortable. The refrigerator froze my fruit. Carpet appeared new. I would stay again.”

”The room was disgusting. It was the most disgusting and infested place I've ever stepped foot in. It took about 5 minutes for the bugs to show up and it smelled like drugs. The staff didn't help and said to contact Expedia for a refund which I still have not received 10 days later... This place was a Zero.”

”Stay away from this property if you are traveling to Portsmouth. The property is filled with long-term residents with a cast of characters from skid row. Some folks were smoking pot under the staircase going to the second floor. Between 3:30-4:00 AM, concert volume rap filled with expletives was blasted through out the compound. Consequent irritability caused by Lack of sleep from the loud music must have been the reason the residents started arguing almost continuously outside our door from...

”OMG the picture is sooo photo shopped ! The bathroom ceiling was falling in and brow stained! I I wouldn't have gotten in soo late because of weather delay! The bed was clean. No bugs we saw! The area is madness people up all night drinking and cussing! I would have left but I was leaving today ad yesterday I was gone until 9pm because I was going to Survivor the show auditions! My husband slept in his clothes ! We definitely was on Survivor! The pictures lie!”

”Hotel is in Greenbriar Mall area in Chesapeake close to everything. The room was great, 2 queens and separate living room. Beds and pillows were premium comfortable. Hotel is 3+ stars for sure. Price was decent. Breakfast was standard. Traffic in whole Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk area is "rough."”

”It would be nice if they had a full time restaurant. The surrounding area has no restaurants and we had to Uber quite often. Their restaurant has very limited hours and is completely closed on a few days.”
