”The price-quality ratio does not match. The provided sheets and towels were really dirty, and they were not changed, they were only reapplied. Upon request, we got new towels, but they didn't look clean either. We pulled the bed away from the wall, and there was a lot of dust and food (?) behind it. ”When l checked into the room on second floor, there was strong foul odor and bathroom floor had black mildew. The sink in the bathroom had mildew too around the edge. Carpet was filthy. It was then l realized that the a/c was on max in hallways to mask this humidity odor. I complained and about the condition of the room to receptionist and she said she will have maintenance look at it. I spent the night in the room and could not sleep due to smell. ”Very comfortable stay for a family of 2 adults, 2 elderly and a toddler. There is a play area on the fourth floor which was fantastic for the little one. A gym as well for anyone wishing to keep fit whilst staying. Would definitely stay again the next time we are going to Malaysia.”
