”The price-quality ratio does not match. The provided sheets and towels were really dirty, and they were not changed, they were only reapplied. Upon request, we got new towels, but they didn't look clean either. We pulled the bed away from the wall, and there was a lot of dust and food (?) behind it. ”Very comfortable stay for a family of 2 adults, 2 elderly and a toddler. There is a play area on the fourth floor which was fantastic for the little one. A gym as well for anyone wishing to keep fit whilst staying. Would definitely stay again the next time we are going to Malaysia.”

”Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use.
