”The price-quality ratio does not match. The provided sheets and towels were really dirty, and they were not changed, they were only reapplied. Upon request, we got new towels, but they didn't look clean either. We pulled the bed away from the wall, and there was a lot of dust and food (?) behind it. The cleaners repeatedly pushed the bed back into the wall, but did not clean up the mess. There were some insects walking in the floor drain of the bathroom toilet all the time. Carpets in the...

”Very comfortable stay for a family of 2 adults, 2 elderly and a toddler. There is a play area on the fourth floor which was fantastic for the little one. A gym as well for anyone wishing to keep fit whilst staying. Would definitely stay again the next time we are going to Malaysia.”

”Nice hotel inside shopping mall. We had morning flight, so it was easy to go to international airport. It took just 3 minutes from Klia to Klia2 by express train. ”
