”Honestly, at first I was a little nervous. But OMG it was the most amazing experience. I slept well, the breakfast was delicious, and the views truly cannot be beat.”

”We stayed two nights in the Primana Zahill Kintamani and we had a beautiful time here. Our positive experience started already with the check-in. The hotel staff welcomed us with open arms and also helped us to organize our next days. The hotel has programs like hiking to the Mount Batur or Jeep tours which includes seeing the sunrise. Especially, we liked the free shuttle which picks and drops you off in your desired location. Therefore we could also explore the city a little bit and enjoyed...
”Lock not working, toilet not working, even the floor is not straight. HUGE noise starting at 6 am next to the room. The whole town is unpleasant. If you're going to climb to Mount Batur, take a ride from some other town. Don't stay in this town, nobody else did, except us.”
”Not in a very convenient location, but besides that it's a great hotel, and the staff were very friendly! It also has a restaurant in the hotel so while there's not many restaurants nearby, at least you can order food at the hotel.

”The place is a beautiful setting and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fair, they were tons of flies. The biggest drawback is the lousy road full of potholes and only one lane leading up from the main road. Unfortunately my weather was not be best but imagine the view to be spectacular in good weather. Worth a visit.”

La cabaña no tenia calefaccion/AC y el agua de la ducha salia con poca presion y no del todo caliente por lo que pasé mucho frio.
El acceso es muy dificil, bastante escondido y con muchos baches y charcos.
Lo mejor fue el servicio, nos traian todonlo que le pediamos a la habitacion (comida, secador...).

Derefter myrer på værelset... da vi vågnede om morgenen var der en stor kakerlak på gulvet.
Da vi skulle betale ville de have betaling for den ekstra seng som manageren tilbød fordi de ingen baby seng havde. De endte dog med ikke at kræve betalingen for ekstra seng....
”Wir haben zwei Übernachtungen inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft würden wir nett empfangen und uns wurde zwar nicht für den Ankunftstag aber zumindest für den nächsten ein Roller zugesichert über eine Agency. Das war soweit auch in Ordnung, weil uns eine Mitarbeiterin im (zu Fuß weit entfernten) Ort absetzte. Wo wir ebenfalls vergeblich eine Möglichkeit zur Fortbewegung suchten.

Though better i would book 2 rooms, since the third room had terrible sewage smell (other rooms ha dit too, but not to the extend of the first room, that was closest to the gate).
