”Stylish classic style hotel. Polite and good service by a older gentleman in the lobby. We had a room from the upper floor with a view over the lake. The room was perfect, comfortable bed, large bathroom and a small balcony. The view over the lake is spectacular. Parking is a bit difficult, the hotel does not have it's own parking spaces. A few parking garages nearby, but the ramps were so steep our car could not get up. ”

”Perfect location is probably the best competitive edge of this hotel. It is perfect in the middle of the town. I was a bit worried before checking in how the room would look like as pictures doesn't show the facilities quite well but was happy to find out the room was quite modern and comfortable for the price. ”I was in Verbania for three days with my daughter during her rhythmic gymnastics competition.
This was a quiet and very well functioning place to stay while our short visit and stresful schedule with a long 14h day at the sports hall.

”We stayed three nights at Il Porticciolo and found it very charming and cosy. Location right on the lake-front is fabulous and you can admire the scenery from your own balcony or the beautiful breakfast/dinner terrace.
