"Check in went smoothly. Went to room and turned on the tv. Looked like someone punched the screen twice. Informed the front desk staff immediately. Couldn't move to another room because they were full. Fine. Next morning noticed there wasn't a shower curtain. Water on the floor when finished of course. ..."
