”We loved the hotel room and the property. We ate at the hotel restaurant where the service was slow and careless. The food was mediocre.”

”Rooms very nice and comfortable. Food at restaurant was exceptionally good. Only suggestion is to have signage by the elevators to direct you to rooms so you don’t have to walk from one side of the hotel to the other side.”

”Front desk staff was incredibly helpful when we couldn’t access a particular TV channel we wanted to watch on our room TV, immediately coming to our room to help troubleshoot. I appreciate the kitchenette with full size frig and stove top when visiting Green Bay for the Bellin Run. Location is awesome for this event as well!”

”The staff was amazing! There were a couple room issues we brought to the staff's attention, which they handled promptly. The bed was comfy. Room was great. The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend.”

”Had an issue with a low battery in one of our rooms late at night. Front desk person was only person on site. Had to change to another room at midnight because she couldn't figure out getting it to stop (yes, she changed the battery). Also, had I known the pool wasn't available due to renovations (since December 15, 2025? and didn't look like any work had even begun), I would not have stayed for 4 days. Breakfast food was basic (artificial scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy) every...

”Pros: for the price, this place is a good spot if you have kids. My daughter loved the pool area, which was clean and seemed maintained. Cons: Our tub wouldn’t drain and we reported it on the first day; we stayed 3 nights but no one ever came to fix it. We asked for clean towels and a room refresh on the third day and were told that was no problem but it hadn’t been done when we got in that evening. Things were generally clean but we found popcorn, candy and trash around and behind the beds.”
