”Staff was helpful but the overall appearance, cleanliness, and story wise was horrible. Poor place needs to be bulldozed !
Carpets are torn and nasty, paint on the walls don’t match, holes and spackle , tub was creaking when in use, headboards with horrible scary stains, beds and pillows were old and unable. People smoking on the 3rd floor rooms, towels were rough and thin. Moldy caulking , dirty vents and broken ptac machines. Breakfast was good. Kids loud and running around with out parents...

”The ice machines didn’t work. There was stuff lying all around the place from the construction which was not disclosed when making the reservation. I feel I paid way too much for this room. I would not recommend staying here.”

”We were on a house hunting trip so stayed 8 days. The property is in disrepair. We were not there except to sleep so ok to put up with. We never heard a vacuum and hallways were filthy. Room was ok drares on dresser would not stay closed and bedding was torn. Property was ok for the cost but really needs serious maintenance and more attention to thorough cleaning. Breakfast was ok although no variety. Same rubber eggs and inedible sausage every day. Yogurt, cold cereal and breads were the...

”Honestly great and clean place to stay at. Good amount of amenities. The only thing that was weird and unexpected to me was having to pay almost $8 for overnight parking in a lot, not a fancy garage or anything just the open lot. Then again- this was the first “fancier” hotels i’ve stayed at- it just threw me off to pay for parking when others have regular parking.”

”The staff was nice and professional and the room was clean and orderly. It's located in a nice part of town with lots of restaurants nearby. The only thing I would change was the bed and pillows as they were too soft for my liking.”
