”Clean, staff seemed new maybe… the lady at check in was confident in her answers- although she kept getting corrected by a gentleman working with her. So- she didn’t know what was going on. The gentleman was correct in his advisement. Hot tub/pool was nice- we were just there on a very busy crowded weekend. ”

”The only complaint that I have would be the parking spaces in the outdoor parking...the spaces are WAY too small! Other then that loved the property! The staff were phenomenal!”

”It was ok it needed to be a bit bigger and the flow wasn’t as easy as it could be. They should’ve had another waffle maker and move the juice and milk area at the end it was very congested. But they were fully booked. The pool was very nice ”

”When I pulled up the valet worker didn’t know where there was grass for my dog to go potty. After looking on my own, I discovered they have zero grass. I had to walk up a hill behind the hotel to find a small patch of grass every time my dog needed to go. They put me in a room that wouldn’t cool off. The engineer never showed up to fix it so I had to pack up and move rooms. The front desk employee told me he was upgrading my room for the inconvenience. The only upgrade was a patio. That would...
