”I loved this place, especially for the price. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Everything was clean. I loved how they put my name on tv and welcomed me when I first arrived. I will make sure I stay here next time ”

”Good breakfast. Rooms are clean. Good shower. Across from Kaufman (Royals) and Arrowhead if that's your thing. TV really didn't do anything. Turned on but no content. Wifi code I was given was incorrect. I didn't address these issues with the staff. Was really just there to sleep. Overall good value. ”

”Parking was right out front on the street, the location was great and the building is beautiful and restored well. The staff were great - I didn't read the instructions well and they responded with a text immediately helping us get in (we checked in late) :)”

”The Fontaine is in our rotation when traveling to KC. It continues to be very suitable for its location, cleanliness, comfort and value. Are the rooms in need of updating? maybe, but not to extent of calling them tired. We love visiting the bar on the 7th floor off the pool deck, though pool was not open for the season yet on this stay. Some of the best happy hour drinks you'll find anywhere! On matter of bathroom towel racks, none except one in the shower, not sure why there aren't any on...

”Was an okay place to stay. The property was comfortable but it various maintenance issues where found in our room during the stay along with some cleanliness issues. There were some bugs that were found in the room, not bed bugs but beetles and what not. When we first arrived we also noticed a couple in the lobby with the gentleman seemingly being passing out on the floor. Not our business but no one seemed to be doing much about it. For the maintenance issues, The air conditioner worked but...

”We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I especially found the breakfast to be fantastic with high quality food and lots of options. We are planning to stay there in the future when traveling. ”

”We went to the dining room the first evening of arrival to order some dinner after a long day of travel with delays and other problems, and were told it would be over an hour to get served because they were busy with room service. This was around 8pm in the evening. They shouldn’t have a dining room up if they aren’t any more efficient than that.”

”The balconies off the rooms were nice to grab some quick fresh air. The fitness center is open 24hrs. The restaurant was decent food. But it is an older hotel in need of some renovation and there’s really no other options besides paying for valet service if you have a vehicle. I would’ve hoped that valet parking be included with our stay but that wasn’t the case.”

”I hosted a small ceremony as my wife and I decided to elope. We chose this place due to the location. With that being said, I had reserved the patio for our ceremony in advance and I was told they could accommodate. With that being said, I got there and Anita was the only bright spot on our special day. She was the front desk representative and made sure that we were taken care of best of her ability. The other staff members were not so helpful and for some reason weren’t aware of my reservation...
