”Was an okay place to stay. The property was comfortable but it various maintenance issues where found in our room during the stay along with some cleanliness issues. There were some bugs that were found in the room, not bed bugs but beetles and what not. When we first arrived we also noticed a couple in the lobby with the gentleman seemingly being passing out on the floor. Not our business but no one seemed to be doing much about it. For the maintenance issues, The air conditioner worked but...

”The woman at the front desk was distracted by her phone and delayed the check in process. We were sent to a room on the 3rd floor where there was an empty mount where the tv should be. We returned to the desk to ask for another and were given a room on the second floor. Upon turning on the AC, the room immediately smelled of urine. Went back to the desk, mind you this all happened within 20 minutes to check out and get a refund. Another couple was doing the Same. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.”

”I had 2 rooms booked and unfortunately I had to cancel 1 before making it. The day shift received a call from Expedia and agreed to let us cancel 1 room and refund it back to us. That was great and appreciated. Expedia confirmed I still had 1 room left to check into. So okay the closer we got from Texas to Kansas we ran into a bad storm and it slowed us down so I called the hotel and spoke with a lady and confirm led my remaining room and then asked her would it be okay if I arrived at 11 due to...

”The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting.”

”Our room was dirty. There was trash in the room the bed had hair all over it. I paid extra to get the breakfast and didn’t even get to get any the 3 days we stayed. I left the staff know about the room and told them we’d be gone for a little bit so that way they could go in there they didn’t ”

”Two rooms on the first floor had such a strong overwhelming chlorine/bleach smell that neither us nor our friends could stay longer than a few moments. The folks at the front desk were very helpful and polite and moved us immediately. We then got a second story room and a fourth story room and the smell was fine. It looks like they tried to remodel the property and on the surface it looks pretty good. The lobby looks nice. When you start to look closer at the rooms they are not in great shape....
