”The B&B is located perfectly near all the sights but still in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s super cosy and we loved our room. Breakfast was very tasty but maybe a little small. But that was covered by the excellent afternoon snack that was more than we could have hoped for! Overall very positive stay, would do it again!”

”They advertise a bay view and I got a room with no water view at all. Without the view it’s just like an old motel. I would have never paid that much without having a nice view. One of the staff was rude. I asked for clarification on what was for breakfast because she explained it in a way I didn’t understand and she responded in a very snarky way. I don’t recommend ”

”A jewel in St Augustine. This hotel is very clean and all the staff were friendly and more than helpful. We started our day at the included breakfast area. A very nice assortment of items. Our waitress , Melinda, was so friendly she made breakfast a pleasure. The view from our room was tranquil in the am and lively at sunset. We did not use the pool but other guests appeared to enjoy it. We would return ”

”The room was very clean, Looks like a recent remodel. It was cool the night we stayed, so I can’t comment on the A/C, but it is a wall mounted window unit. ”

”The hotel and rooms smell very clean but after taking my shoes off in my room, it was obvious not all areas had been swept/vacuumed. Location is the best! Staff was always friendly and helpful. The condition of the room itself could’ve been better for a Hilton. Maintenance is not a priority here. One of our lamps wasn’t working, the bathroom vent fan was broken and there was no AC going to the bathroom. The room thermostat was off by several degrees- having to set it to 66° to make the room 70°....

”The hotel was nicely located near a good restaurant, at a nice downtown location near the pier, with very accessible parking. The room was ready earlier than expected and they were even cool with us parking a bit past our check-out time which made lunch on our last day that much easier. Definitely recommend!”

”Property is about a mile away from St. George Street which I consider to be the downtown historic district. Therefore, it is a car drive with a $20 parking fee or an Uber if you want to go downtown. For the same reason, I find that a major hotel brand with its own parking lot to be nickel and diming guests to pay a nightly parking fee which also happens to be $20. But I guess that's a cost to figure into a travel budget to a tourist destination nowadays. Other than that, hotel was spotless,...
