”We stay at this location at least 6–8 times a year, and it has always been great in the past. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. ”This hotel is my go to. It’s always clean, everyone is professional, love the addition of the Starbucks. Not to mention my room got upgraded to a balcony room for no reason at all. Great stay overall, as always. ”

The entrance had overflowing garbage and the doors to enter the hotel were not locked anyone could walk the halls. You could hear people arguing at 2 am in the parking lot. When we first got in the room all the lamps and Tv were unplugged, the window was wide open. The room has serious water damage. The toilet had dried urine behind the seat, the door to the bathroom...
