”We had a great stay. The pool was small but it was fun on the 9th floor. The free snacks and drinks at dinner time was an amazing perk. We got three alcoholic drinks per adult. The next morning we had a great breakfast. We were able to extend our check out time till 3 pm for an extra $30 and it was so worth it as we were next door at Comerica for a cheer competition and we enjoyed coming back to relax before awards. ”

”Great staff, rooms are great! Beds are a little hard for my taste. Pool towels need an upgrade. They are hand towels and rough. We enjoyed and will be back. ”

”What was good. Towels, fast elevators, noise and light control, hot water. Water pressure would be a 7 out of 10. What wasn't good: A/C. I had to move rooms after the first night bc the air would not blow cold enough and the nose coming from the fan was annoying. Engineer said some rooms have that noise and others don't so beware. The new room had a very slow draining sink which the mgr offered to fix but I was checking out so... $32 a night for valet. Very limited street parking. Either pay...

”If you are staying in Frisco this hotel is a great choice. Clean safe convenient. Room was spotless. Has a Starbucks in lobby. Breakfast included was nothing spectacular but more than adequate, Service outstanding. Only caveat, parking. Limited self park option I valeted for extra 33.00 dollars a day, Will stay here again”

”Very clean room, friendly staff. Decent gym and nice outdoor pool. Great whiskey bar and restaurants inside hotel. Nearby shopping and restaurants. ”

”Coffee was delicious! We did not eat the breakfast but it did look amazing. Staff was friendly. We did have an issue with a water Leak but the manager took care of the problem and the Maintenance and House Keeper Quickly got the floor cleaned up in the morning. Overall the Hotel was Clean and Fresh Feeling. We will stay there again next time we are in Frisco. ”

”Front desk staff was very nice and for me checked in quickly. My biggest issue was the room. It was dirty. Hair covering the shower drain form previous guest and gum under the side table shelf between the beds. Only one elevator was operating as far as I could tell and it opened very slow and shaky. ”

”Breakfast was good, liked the daily variety. Staff was nice. There was NO housekeeping for any of the 2 (weekend) days we were there so guests were putting their overfilled trash cans in the hallway. That Saturday there were NO towels at the front desk at 11:30pm and we had to dry off with paper towels. Asked on Friday night that someone come check out our AC and was told it would be handled. By late Saturday was told by front desk they think maintenance wasn't there that day. Saw overflowing...
