Our standard room was on the 1st floor, but actually it was below the ground level.
The window looks at the parking lot fence in a foot from it..
The sound proof is bad. You can hear all movements and toilet flashing of the people from the rooms above yours.

”This place was terrible. Dirty we had two towels no washcloths no hand towels. And not a lot of anything else. We had a TV through the cracks your cable that went to nowhere so we got about four channels. Luckily I plugged my computer in with an HDMI cable and was able to watch some good shows off my computer. I would highly recommend you not stay here.”
