”The front desk staff was amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed!! Great location as well! ”

”Front desk staff were nice. We informed the front we would be staying an extra hour. They were very kind and were not going to charge. On the checkout day,it was 10 a.m,not even 11 and housekeeping tried to open our door to starting cleaning. We even had the occupied sign outside the door. We told them we have till noon to checkout. Last there was a soda bottle inside the sofa bed so the whole room had not been cleaned. We will not be staying there again”

”The breakfast was actually HOT! What a delight. breakfast spread was good. Pool was small and a bit cold. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, and comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and that's what we got! Elevators were quick and clean.”

”The breakfast was ok. One day there were no scrambled eggs or potatoes and had to request more. The next morning, the sausage pan was gone. They had Raisin Bran cereal which made me happy and a waffle machine which we didn’t use. The parking lot had a number of potholes that need to be fixed. ”

”We love this location and have stayed in it many times. This time our room had a funky smell. It was ok as long as we were running the air conditioner. Also there were ants on the table in-between the beds. We reported it to staff, they said they would have maintenance look into it. Other than that, we love this place and will return again.”

”No continental breakfast. A brown bag with juice, yogurt, and muffin in it. Get it at the front desk. The hotel showed its age and was worn in areas. Right next to the airport is a plus. Not sure, but i think people lived there too.”

”New owners since the last time I was here. They appeared to be trying to save money by having only basic TV: no satellite feed or cable, or streaming. Coffee makers coffee tasted old. Had to go to front desk for more toilet paper on the 2nd day, etc.”

”The sheets on the bed had a blood spot on the covers. When dining for breakfast someone brought a huge dog in the dining room which I felt was unsanitary. Staff was very polite.Kitchen staff kept food containers full and everything wiped down.”

”The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. ”
