”Hotelli oli loistavalla paikalla Walter Scroeder Aquatic Centeriin nähden. Huoneen varustelutaso oli hyvä ja henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällistä. Miinuksena huonesiivous kerran viikossa.”

”Front desk staff were nice. We informed the front we would be staying an extra hour. They were very kind and were not going to charge. On the checkout day,it was 10 a.m,not even 11 and housekeeping tried to open our door to starting cleaning. We even had the occupied sign outside the door. We told them we have till noon to checkout. Last there was a soda bottle inside the sofa bed so the whole room had not been cleaned. We will not be staying there again”

”The room was ok, not immaculate. Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. Hated that there was no elevator. Overall an ok, not exceptional, experience.”

”Check in staff was a nice lady. The room was nice, clean and spacious, the major issue was the door. It didn’t shut tight at all, we had to slam the door otherwise anyone from the hallway can just Push the door and come in the room. When my husband realized the door didn’t close properly from the outside of the door there was a house keeper who told him to “slam the door shut.” There were no extra trash bags either so I had to go ask the front desk twice. The first time I asked the staff said...

”Breakfast is NOT included which is really, really odd. Staff was not professional, never got proper linens for the pull out couch. ”

”We had great service and assistance w anything we needed. However once we arrived we found the pool was closed (during the week) and the onsite restaurant was also closed. The staff assisting us did inform us before we completed check-in, and we decided to go ahead and stay anyway. ”

”Stay was ok. Hated the fact they needed to hold 250 per room, couldn’t bring in my cup cakes, the kiddie pool sprinkler didn’t work, the door to my room wouldn’t lock and could barely open/close but had no trouble switching rooms. Kids above me were up running around loud til about 2am. Kids still had fun at the pool breakfast was ok”
