”This hotel was decent! Will, I believe his name was, at the front desk was amazing! Very kind and helpful! The food at the restaurant is good but a bit pricey for hotel food. Unfortunately the service from every other person wasn’t very great. Breakfast isn’t included and you pay $15 per person for the buffet. ”Over all was a good experience. Room was clean. However couldn’t get the a/c work. The outlet next to the bed didn’t work and the vent in the bathroom didn’t work. Shower was pretty good. Mattress was kind of hard, I prefer something more soft. When arriving park in the parking garage and then go in and check in. Loading area out front was always full. Was fairly quiet also.”

”The room with the river view did have a very nice view of the river. We stayed there for four nights. Our room was never cleaned. When we asked about it, we were told that we would have to speak with a supervisor. But the supervisor apparently was only there on weekdays. Very disappointing. ”
