”We had a pleasant one nighter. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. Our mini fridge was on it last legs of life, but we weren't there long enough for it to be a big problem.”

”Rooms are decent sized, amenities were not open yet like pool. The area surrounding is pretty much just hospitals and offices, so will need to fo further for shopping or eating out e.t.c”

”The property was under renovation. This should have been relayed to customers. No housekeeping staff at all. No fresh towels or bed was made for 6 straight days. Will never return their. And a lot of homeless people sleep in lobby. Makes it feel unsafe”

”We could no connect to WIFI in our room as the coverage was terrible. Our shower door would not close all the way. We had no coffee pot in our room. We only had 2 bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths and no shower mat. The AC did work very well”

”Everything was so very pleasant during my stay at Fairfield North in Milwaukee. Staff, accommodations, atmosphere, very very nice. I will definitely stay again on my next visit.”

”The room a broken thermostat(no heat), a broken lamp, mold in the bathroom, broken towel fixtures, dirty bedding, and a loose lock on the door. Front desk had no solutions and give no refunds.”

”I will never stay at this property again went to get in the bed crumbs and hair all over the fitted sheet you could see housekeeper didn’t change fitted sheet at all I paid a lot of money for this room to sleep in a strangers sheets I don’t think so had to wait 20 minutes for staff to check in person before me if I would have to stay at this property again I would just drive back to my home town this room wasn’t worth 10 dollars a night much more being charged 150 for the night Rodeway inn and...

”Very disappointing stay. The bedsheets and bathroom were unclean, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the Wi-Fi was unavailable despite being requested. The TV and telephone did not work, there was no food service, and the parking area was dirty. Seeing a sign that the hotel was not responsible for lost items in the parking lot was also concerning. Overall, our stay felt more like survival than comfort. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests.”

”The website says there is a shuttle transportation but there is no airport shuttle”

”We arrived at 12.30, our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $25. Just odd. I have never encountered this before even at a Hyatt even though the staff member said it was company policy. Everything else was good except our room was not cleaned.”
