”From beginning to end, we had a great stay. Member of staff at check in was friendly and professional and when he noticed that my partner used a walking stick he moved our room to a much closer, user friendly room without being asked. We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary and when he found that out, he arrived at our room with a card from all the staff. Lovely touch. All the staff were very friendly, efficient and enthusiastic. Our room was spacious and clean. Very quiet too. ...

”Staff was helpful. Only 15min walk from the shops and café streets. The attached restaurant is not open all day long, like, they only re-open at 17h30.”

”Fabulous room, very modern with TV, tea, coffee and biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer - in fact everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was a 'wet room' with a super shower. Breakfast was enormous with plenty of tea or coffee. All the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to assist. Well worth staying here if visiting the area.”

”Hartelijke ontvangst bij de receptie, alle verplichte formaliteiten werden hoffelijk en geduldig behandeld, schone schitterende en functionele kamer, waterkoker met koffie, thee, koffiemelk en zoetstof aanwezig en de kamer was uiterst modern, functioneel en praktisch ingericht. Ik had ook nog het voordeel van alarmfunctionaliteit dat per abuis ook nog functioneel werd getest. De receptionist reageerde supersnel op het alarm en was niet boos maar juist uiterst bezorgd. Ook het overige personeel...

”Breakfast was amazing and well enjoyed with a variety to choose from. Restaurant staff were great, exceptional customer service from Vikki and the manager Ellie. Reception desk staff were very helpful amd accommodating. Family room.was okay, good size, hiwver the bathroom was old and bath didnt look very clean, toliet was hard to flush, but overall a great stay and would recommend.”
