”I travel a lot for work and usually stay at the larger hotel chains because they’re familiar. This trip I decided to try the Ruby Hotel outside of Sandpoint, and I’m glad I did.
From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but the moment I walked into the lobby I felt welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly, check-in was easy, and the whole place had a cozy mountain-town feel.

”Very helpful staff, clean comfortable room. Except, at 2 am people in room above took shower and the noise was atrocious!! Could not hear anything in side walls but ceiling was not soundproof and plumbing was very loud. Other than that, stay was great!”

”Very nice place. Decor was tasteful. Room was clean and large. Staff was helpful and check-in was fast. The only negative was the HVAC unit fan was loud and the whole unit rattled while the compressor was on. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.”
