”The service and staff were excellent and we had such a good night sleep ready for the rest of our road trip.”

”It was everything we required for a one night stay , it provided kitchen facilities that enabled a meal to be cooked. It is very well situated and easy to find right next to the main motorway from Auckland however there were no eateries that we found close hence the meal cooking ”

”Oh my gosh where do I start. This place was so disgusting that we couldn't even contemplate staying in that filth. The place was an absolute dump. As soon as we parked our vehicle the vibe of that place was already telling me to leave. The area was filthy with rubbish outside the room and surrounding areas. The pics on their website did not reflect the lodge at all. The parking was like a matchbox. After ringing to try to cancel we were offered another room. Giving them the benefit of the doubt...

”Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

”The sheet in my room was never changed the whole 5 nights I stayed at the hotel. I booked a single bedroom but was offered 2 rooms.”

”Good location...off street parking with supermarket across road.Our unit was recently redecorated by the look and presented clean and tidy.Room serviced each day as well.Having 2 TVs was an added bonus.”

”The property etc was fine but had a really poor welcome. Unfortunately we were delayed and weren't aware we needed to contact the motel to advise. We received such a rude response from the manager that had we not already paid the bill would have turned around and left. It's completely unacceptable to be spoken to in that way for anyone let alone from a manager to a paying customer. Would not stay there again.”
