”I loved the property and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I brought my pup and was surprised that a pet friendly hotel (and they were) had no where for my pup to potty. A one and a half foot strip of grass between the road and sidewalk is all there is. Other than that the pet friendly part is very true. I was happy that I could have my best friend anywhere I was. ”Simple healthy breakfast options. Very clean room and helpful staff”

”The first room we were assigned was not in the main building and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course.”

”Ants, broken vent fans, pool closed most every time I checked and finding out the hotel was overbooked after a 1200 mile trip created a lot of stress... I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children. Would I stay again, absolutely not but it was decent for what it was.”

”The room was clean but had a rusted refrigerator, door hinges and handle bars. The staff was corteous, breakfast was all right. You can't beat the price of the place but if you are concerned about safety, I didn't like that the rooms are accessible from the outside.”

”The hotel and people who worked there were nice. However, trying to fall asleep was a nightmare. If your hotel room is next to the public parking and the bars. Then I suggest you ask them to switch your room. The noise was unbearable and it was just extremely loud. I heard people laughing, screaming, crying, loud noise until about 3 in the morning, every single day.”
