”The hotel didn´t have hot water throught the stay. They said it was because of the storm but in my opinion they should have fix it the first day. We didn't receive any compensation. Also, I like to have my bed done and they say they clean the room every 3 days, otherwise is a 'refreshment' that is just cleaning the trash bins.”

”Everything and everyone was wonderful! The room service food was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was great. The only downside was the AC. It took quite a while for the room to cool down, and there wasn’t much air circulation. Since we were only staying one night, we didn’t request a room change—but it’s something to be aware of.”

”The pool was small and shallow. More like a big hot tub but it was nice. The room was nice, except once you pulled the couch out to a bed it took up the whole space, you could not walk around the bed to the window or lamp. We took the PS5 for our daugther and we had to disconnect the cable to hook it up because we couldnt use the feature on the tv to hook it up and then couldnt control the volume. Lucky we took the headphones. Our room was right next to the highway so it was very loud with all...

”We loved this rare find. Right on the beach. Over a 100 years old with tons of charm. We would stay her again in a heartbeat. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Our room had a great little TV room and a view of the ocean. We loved it. More charm than all of the other modern hotels on the beach. Their breakfast was great too, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles. I think there were some other options too, but that’s what we had. We loved this place.”

”Our room sliding door had a huge crack in it. There is an additional parking fee per night. There is no free breakfast. They supposedly offer coffee but it was like warm. ”

”The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!”
