”Check in was through a creepy window and on top of that they require a cash deposit. So had to go down the street to get cash then come back. They also couldn’t place me in a ground level room even though I placed it for easier access since I have a torn ligament. They still denied me a first floor room. Room was fine, desperately needs a remodel especially with the prices. The beginning of my stay it was only supposed to be me but things changed and my partner ended up staying over with me...

”This is located in Stuart and it has restaurants nearby. This is apartment type of hotel. It didn't have breakfast. And cleaning is once a week (actually I was two weeks and they didn't clean it during my stay - might be that I was in room when cleaning should have happened). Wifi worked well. TV had many channels (like golf channel).”

”The staff at front desk, especially Christine, was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping and maintenance was very professional and pleasant. Enjoyed the room and ambience of hotel. Will definitely stay again when I need another getaway”

”My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The hotel was beautiful, seemed like it was very new or newly renovated. Rooms were quiet and the hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again since my brother lives close by! Give it a 10 out of 10.”

”The property is off the beaten path but quiet and close to less busy beach areas. There is usually no office or staff personnel to check you in, so travelers need to be a bit tech savvy and watch emails as messages arrive with room information such as your bungalow room number and door code. The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and furnishings. The AC worked well and was easy to adjust. I did miss having hand soap in the bathroom but everything else was nicely stocked and clean.”

”The worst two nights of my life in a hotel ever! Our room was over the bar (not identified anywhere during reservations). Music and partying until 4 am. Zero sleep. Second night, the shared balcony had drunk party-ers right outside door until 2 am. Walls and ceilings so thin we heard everything…. And I do mean everything!! This hotel used to be a nice place that is so convenient to the jetty. We loved staying there for the convenience in the past. Never again!!! I will give up the...
