Nauti Family Memories - Suuri ulkona kannet ja Backyard; Harva taloa rantaan

Emme vuokraa promtiryhmille tai opiskelijoille. Emme salli lemmikkieläimiä.

Tämä talo voi nukkua 14 ihmistä jossa liikutaan kaunis Surf City rannat. Ostimme tämän kodin vuonna 2016 ja teimme merkittäviä remontointeja, jotka antavat mukavuutta ja hauskaa koko perheelle. Perheomme käyttää taloa ja tekee siitä miellyttävän. Asensimme upouuden HVAC-yksikön, korvattiin joitain lattiapäällysteitä, päivitettiin keittiö, lisättiin tulvavalaistus takapihalle, päivitetyt kylpyhuoneet ja paljon muuta. Olemme tehneet monia päivityksiä, jotta tämä koti olisi erinomainen rantahotelli perheellesi. Talo on askeleen päässä rannalta, ilman kaduilla risteä ja kävelymatkan päässä monista ravintoloista, jäätelöstä, pelihallioista, minigolfista ja paljon muuta! Aloita perheen muistoja ja nauti kaikesta, mitä LBI tarjoaa!

Rannalle, useita ravintoloita (Greenhouse Cafe, Woodies hampurilaiset, Pannukakku House ja kaikki vain muutaman korttelin kävelymatka). Kävele arcade, jäätelöä, putiikki kahvila, ostos ja enemmän!

Surf City New Jersey Fall Vacation

My wife and I had an amazing visit to the Jersey Shore and the rental home was a big reason why. The house had everything one would need for a 10 day stay. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the devices we required. The front and back decks looked recently refurbished and featured comfortable furniture and a gas grill. The house was only three or four houses from the beach and was located very close to the bridge back to the mainland which saves a lot of time for excursions off the island. We would certainly consider staying here again on future visits to Long Beach island.

Week at the beach

The location of the house was a very short walk to the lifeguarded beach. Restaurants and attractions were also a short walking distance. The deck spaces were wonderful for relaxing and getting some sun. We enjoyed our stay for the week.

Perfect beach escape!

We had a fantastic family vacation in Andy’s home! The closeness to the beautiful beach was amazing and the house was very well appointed with all we needed to cook and relax. There were tons of toys and games, which our daughter really enjoyed! Close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Great home and location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I just wanted to get away for a week in October and it was perfect. Andrew is a great host, responded right away. House is very clean and nicely decorated. If you have kids they have tons of games and toys. Looking forward to starting here again.

Great Host, House, and Location

We checked in late in the evening, and Andy stayed up to make sure that we arrived OK. Everything was just as represented. We had two daughters and three grandchildren with us and there was more than enough room. There were toys, books, games, and beach chairs. The Surf City Beach at the end of the block must be the widest beach on LBI. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in an easy walk from the house. We had boxes being sent to the house which Andy was kind enough to help us coordinate their deliveries. I had an expensive SUV rental car substituted for the rental I requested, and I was able to daily park it in the garage without any problem. Andy is a hands on host who bends over backwards to make sure that you have a wonderful stay. We plan to return.

Great house/location

House was as advertised. Location is great, the setup is perfect for 2 families with bedrooms split upstairs and downstairs. The house has so many puzzles/games/wii that the kids will never be bored. Overall, a great experience!

Great Place - Very Clean - Exact as advertised

We were in for the week before a family wedding. This house was true to how it is described. Walking distance to beach, bay, restaurants, coffee shop, bagel shops, small grocery shops & larger grocery shops. Very clean house with great updated kitchen, bathrooms and over all amenities. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. Kitchen is well stocked for all kind of cooking and tools.

Perfect Spot!

Great house in a Perfect spot with only steps to the beach!! Listening to the sounds of the surf on the front and back decks was a great way to start the day!! Great place for family and friends!! Highly recommend! We plan to come back again next year! Thank you for a great stay!!

Short walk to a great beach!

Had a fabulous and relaxing stay at this updated beach house. Beds were very comfortable and the new front and rear decks welcomed you to sit together and enjoy each other during meals and after a day at the beach. We prepared all our meals at the house and the kitchen had everything needed (just could have used a few more wine glasses 😀). Andy was extremely responsive and proactive with communicating. The house is in a great location which made it easily accessible to local produce and seafood markets as well as the grocery store. As walking just a few minutes to the beach was a priority, this house was perfect for us. If we have the opportunity to visit LBI again, Andrews house will be our 1st choice if available.

Easy access to beach

The property was pretty much as listed on VRBO. We all enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of cookware. Access to the beach was easy. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower. The beds were comfortable. We were not disappointed with any aspect of the rental property.

Great location and lots of space Decks on front and back with lots of seating for a bigger group.

We were 7 with 5 adults and two boys 6 and 11. Close to beach and within walking distance of min golf and restaurants. Had a great time. Owner is very easy to deal with

Great Location

This house is in a great location with close and easy access to the beach, right by a lifeguard stand AND also within walking distance to many shops and fun activities. Comfortable beds (we have been in houses with some very hard beds!). Delightful front deck with awning when needed. Back deck is very spacious & comfortable. Our family didn't use it too much since indoor access is through master bedroom where we often had an infant napping, however that deck was still accessible via downstairs, outside staircase. Kitchen well supplied with pots/pans but also with some spices/condiments, cleaning supplies etc. The home owner very responsive to questions/inquiries. Note for anyone who might use outside shower: hot water faucet/valve is on the right ;-)

Surf City at its best

Perfect location, close to beach and well stocked kitchen. Front porch with sunshade was perfect for all day use. Rear porch is huge for family gatherings/cookouts. Washer dryer comes in handy! Plenty of rear yard space to play with kids or enjoy patio. Outdoor shower is always a plus for sand. Nice dining table if you must eat indoors. Plenty of TVs and games. Location is short walk to huge beach. Owner very responsive to all inquires. Highly recommended by all 9 of us who stayed here for family wedding. Only bummer was only sheets provided were for King Bed so remember to bring lots of bedding!

October stay in LBI -

Property was as described in the listing and owner was easy to communicate with throughout the entire booking process and during our stay. Clean. Comfortable sleeping arrangements that worked well for us and our extended family. Back deck is more spacious than we were expecting with plenty of seating. Quiet street with easy access to the beach. Everything met our expectations.
