Siisti 3 makuuhuoneen ylimmän kerroksen huoneisto ruokailukeittiöllä, olohuoneella ja 1 kylpyhuoneella. Varustettu kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla! Enintään 6 henkilöä, mukana 6 rantamerkkiä. Kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa queen-size-vuoteet ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta. Ulkotilaan sisältyy kansi, piknikpöydät, tuolit, Weber-kaasugrilli, ulkosuihku ja parkkipaikka kahdelle autolle. Pysäköi auto ja kävele kaikkeen, mukaan lukien Oyster House, Terrace Tavern, Melt Down, California Grill, Howard, Roberto, Woody ja Wawa! Vain kaksi korttelia rantaan! Siellä on myös vartioitu lahtiranta pienten lasten perheille. Vesi on rauhallinen eikä syvä pienille. 55 tuuman 4K HDTV -kaapeli ja nopea langaton internetyhteys.

Tämä valtameren puolella oleva kolme makuuhuonetta on niin puhdas, söpö ja kätevä; et halua lähteä etkä voi odottaa palata! Kaikki on kävelyetäisyydellä tai lyhyen pyöräretken tai auton ajomatkan päässä. Parasta on, että sinun ei tarvitse ylittää bulevardia päästäksesi rannalle! Muutaman korttelin päässä on hieno vartioitu lahtiranta. Se on hienoa pienille pienille lapsille, koska vesi ei ole karkeaa tai syvää ja sillä on päivittäin päivystyshenkilö. Se on myös loistava paikka katsella kauniita auringonlaskuja!

This was a fabulous rental for the week! Sunday-Sunday is amazing because you avoid Saturday traffic. The location is perfect. Midway between beach and bay and short walk to both. The house was simple, clean, comfortable and we felt at home! We had 5 people and it was an ideal size. Wawa right next door was key for my 17 year olds!

This property was beautiful. So clean, well maintained and perfectly "cozy", just like home. Washer and dryer were a huge plus, nice to pack up clean clothing before our trip back home. Rental is in a great location, close to the beach and the bay. Deck/patio has a great view, nice area for teenagers(pickleball, literally across the street)! There was a mixup with the code for checkin, and Luke very quickly responded to rectify the issue.We had the best 4 day stay. Our family really hopes to return this summer and hopefully even next!

Nice, clean 2nd floor of house. Everything matched website photos. Easy access with code & a key if you want it. Nice tv, big DVD, VHS collection! My husband loved the recliner. Only suggestion, fix bathroom door, it’s easy. Would stay there again only might be hot in summer months.

We absolutely loved staying at Luke’s place, it was clean and a great location. Great proximity to our favorite places like Howard’s and the beach. Also super close to breakfast spots, Acme, and Wawa. You can’t go wrong with that! Bonus areas were the balcony and downstairs BBQ area. We will definitely be returning!

Perfectly positioned home between the bay and the ocean, quick ride to the South end of the island to watch the sun set over the wildlife preserve, supermarket is just down the road, owner of the gift shop a few blocks down tells hilarious stories. Nice full kitchen, top of the line washer/dryer, fantastic media center, comfortable bed. Paradise.

Well equipped kitchen, terrific Roku-centric media center, strong wifi signal, awesome new washer & dryer, quick walks to the beach and the bay to see the sunrises and the sunsets, which for some reason are most awesome around the first of the year. Feel very fortunate for the opportunity to stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can’t beat the location where you could walk for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Most importantly you can walk back and forth to the beach all day long. Luke communicated well and let us know he was always accessible if we needed anything. We will definitely stay again.

Great location - walked a couple of short blocks to the beach to watch the sunrise in the morning, a couple of short blocks to the bay to watch the sunset at night. Watched seagulls sailing around from the back deck. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds & bedding, awesome media room/family room with giant TV (w/Netflix and a cool video library!). Absolutely no complaints.

I stayed at this property with my husband and 2 young sons. The location and space were great! The close proximity to the beach allowed us to go back and forth a few times a day and the restaurants and amenities nearby were super helpful, as well.
