Here you can see your sunrise with your first cup of coffee and listen to the ocean straight in front of you or bbq for a night home. First floor deck is covered with more outdoor space for your enjoyment. It is located off the ocean. The private family room with barn doors gives privacy with a sleep sofa, fridge and wet bar. The garage is another floor designed with you in mind… Pool table, ping pong table and dining table for pizza night. This is also where you will find the 4 beach chairs, umbrella, wagons and other beach essentials. You can walk the bikes into the back door with keyless entry. Another added amenity here is the workout area with bench and weights. You will also find an additional small fridge here for your convenience. If that’s not enough, a quiet, shaded and private back yard is here for you. This is where you will find two outdoor showers and dressing areas. You are conveniently located walking distance to basketball, bocce ball and pickle ball. Ice cream, a true vacation treat is a walk away, as well as The Bayview playground and bay beach

The master bedroom lies off the living area .The first floor junior master is also en suite 6 beach passes and 4 chairs are a courtesy, not guaranteed. No deck umbrella.

Tenant has choice of $1000 security deposit or purchase of damage insurance policy plus $500 security deposit. Damage insurance prefered by owner. Addendum for weights must be signed. Parking head on in only 5 car max at all times.
