”The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The parking could be a problem. There was a limited area for parking and entering or leaving the parking was problematic at times. It took us almost 20 minutes to maneuver out of our spot on the departure day. It was a minor inconvenience and overall the stay was very good.”

”Lovely location, rooms and buildings. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the gardens and park are gorgeous. Welcome and service excellent. We stayed after a visit to Longleat and it was the perfect relaxing stop after a busy day. Only thing that could have made it better would have been if food and drinks were available there in the evening, the cafe closes at 5. We drove to Frome and had an excellent meal in Little Walcot. ”

We were visiting family & arrived late the first night so went to the local pub as advised by Joss. Beautiful home cooked steak pie. Slept well & comfortable all 3 nights. "I had a great stay! The hotel building and atmosphere were truly amazing. The bedrooms from 12-17 got quite warm due to poor ventilation in the hallways, so that's something to be aware of. The gym was decent and the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi were a nice bonus. The breakfast was excellent, though the internet connection was a bit spotty. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely stay here again."
