”This was our first experience in a shepherds hut and it didn’t disappoint. All you need for a peaceful break, with the use of a hot tub, fire pit and BBQ it was perfect. We had a lovely visit from the owners dog (Tara) at the BBQ time which was nice, we thought she might of wanted more than pat and a stroke. The light around the garden in front of the hut was a nice touch especially when the evening comes. ”

”Wow, what can I say we had the most fantastic few days in this peaceful little heaven on the outskirts of Bristol. We had a bit of confusion around the booking as we thought we'd booked the Cabana but it turned out it was booked so we got the Knapsack instead. However the communication with the hosts was excellent and they put us at ease. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival the cabin had everything we could wish for. ”We had a very good weekend away for our anniversary. The walks around were picturesque, and the local pubs served great food. The place was very tidy, homely and secluded for a quiet getaway. The hot tub was a great addition for relaxing in.”

”Amazingly spotless, lots of room. Every room had a wow factor. Our first stay in a luxe Lodge and it didn't dissapoint. Slight issue with ants on the last day after the grounds maintenance but it's expected and spray was provided. Hot tub clean and ph checked every day. Reception were happy to help when we realised the first aid kit was missing and there was a cut finger. Brought it round straight away (in their defence we did decline the final check of the housekeeping team as we arrived...

”The location alone was fantastic (in our case, a couple plus dog),set in a working farm, surrounded by acres of fields and woodland, overlooking Wells cathedral. Blessed with general good weather it was idyllic to sit out on the evening and just chill. Wells was a really lovely city, spectacular cathedral and Bishops Palace. Our host was at the end of a phone (on site) when required and any minor wear and tear issues are expected and trivial. Overall, this was a great short break, unique to us...

"I had a great stay! The hotel building and atmosphere were truly amazing. The bedrooms from 12-17 got quite warm due to poor ventilation in the hallways, so that's something to be aware of. The gym was decent and the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi were a nice bonus. The breakfast was excellent, though the internet connection was a bit spotty. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely stay here again."
