”Clean room very nice”

”The staff are wonderful. The property looks great. I felt very safe. The reason I’m giving this only three stars is they really need to invest in new mattresses. Considering this is probably the most important thing about a hotel when you’re staying the night and you need to get a restful night sleep. I’m making it while I’m reading it so average. In fact, the beds are horrible. They literally felt like I was sleeping on a crib mattress. They’re so thin.”

”It felt like visiting my grandmother‘s house. Because nowadays it’s hard to go back to grandma’s when she’s not there anymore.To be welcomed with open arms just felt comfortable talking to the lady and just never wanted to leave.”

”Was not able to get the room we reserved they tried to give me a room not handicap accessible but telling me it was. Poor communication. Luckily one front desk clerk was able to figure it out and I was to get a handicap accessible room but not the suite I reserved prior to arrival they blamed it on Expedia. They need to know what is in there rooms. ”

”Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast. The staff were very kind and helpful. They seemed well-trained in customer service. We would stay there again.”

”The staff was great especially at the front desk. Overall, it looks clean but when walking with socks, our white socks turn black. The tub was clogged so every time we showered, it filled up pretty quickly. The location was very convenient for my needs. Overall, it wasn't too bad. I wish we had more option for breakfast. Parking was great!”

”The room was not fully clean and the walls and floors in the bathroom had visible staining. Other than that, it was clean. The air conditioning unit did blow out a mild odor which I had to mask with air freshener I purchased from the dollar store across the street.”

”Fairly clean room except for chair in the corner had a large stain on it. bathroom and bed were clean, which is the most important thing considering we only stayed one night. staff was AMAZING. the girl at the front desk (curly hair and a piercing) was so nice to me and my friend and was also very professional. her manager was also very kind. i did not have the complimentary breakfast because i have celiac (gluten allergy) and i know breakfasts at hotels can be bad about allergies. me and my...
