”I was very impressed with this Hotel. All areas of the Hotel smelled great. No humid moldy old dirty sock smells here! Very clean lobby, breakfast area, rooms, and bathrooms. Polite staff and wonderful breakfast! Hotel right in the middle of everything… shopping & restaurants. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future which speaks volumes if you “know me”. ”

”Renovation noise on 1st floor was very noisy, for much too long, during weekend stay. Hotel air quality, was not refreshing. Feet tripped several times, while walking, on loose carpets in hallway and by elevators. No common courtesy of basic hotel ammenties were provided. Overall atmosphere of hotel was not good, and overall needing a better upgrading of "quality" accommodations for guest. ”

”This property was perfect for my family spring break. We have family in the area and Alabama, so it was easy to get where we needed to go. Will stay again if needed. ”

”The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. It’s in a good area. The reason for the poor review is that the fire alarm went off for the entire hotel around 9pm. That’s not an issue to me for an actual emergency, but there wasn’t one. No one on staff addressed or instructed anyone there as to what was going on, or assisted guiding anyone I could see in exiting the building. There was no follow up after the fact to confirm that all was well, or to see if anyone needed help...

”Good place to stay, nice staff”

”Loud music plays in hallways and from the bar downstairs late into the night. We had to turn on sound machines to drown it out even after we asked the staff to turn it down. The staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly. The hot tub never worked and the pool is in the shade of the building most of the day so it’s cold. There are people smoking outside right at the front entrance and on the back patio though it’s marked no smoking. The room is clean but the rest wasn’t great”

”This place was amazing! Gigi from front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was not only helpful with finding great restaurants and places to see in Pensacola but she was truly one of the nicest people I have met! The whole staff both morning and evening were friendly and personable during my stay. Her and the staff's hospitality was something I truly appreciated and look forward to coming back. ”

”Very thin walls. When the TV was on in the next room it seemed to be in our room. Keyless entry (no front desk) is difficult and simply means we did all the work. Key code is not provided much in advance.”

”Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nicely decorated, clean with very good lighting. However the chair for the desk needs to be replaced. Hot breakfast was very good. A very good Mexican restaurant is located next door to the hotel that we greatly enjoyed. We would stay here again. ”
