”No hot water, had to take a Luke warm showers. Tub clogged up it drained slowly. Beds were clean and comfortable. Easy access to the expressway and Walmart.”

”The room was clean and nice. Breakfast is served 6:00 to 10:00. We arrived at 9:15 for breakfast. At 9:40 a staff member was looking around tapping her fingers on a table, seemed irritated we all were still in there eating. She was sweeping around our area and others as we were eating. I was getting a cup of coffee to take with me at 9:50 and they closed the doors to the food area. The breakfast was horrible, the patty sausage and cheese egg omelets. The real potatoes were seasoned and good....

”Staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even showed me the walk path from hotel to airport. Hotel offers airport shuttle however there is a lighted path that’s literally less than 5mins walk. Very convenient and easy to manage even as a solo traveler. The hotel was clean and room was nice. Great water pressure in showers after a long travel day to unwind. Will definitely stay here again!”

”I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pensacola during the weekend of May 15th. The apartment was exceptionally clean—one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. It was fully stocked with amenities that exceeded my expectations and made my stay comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and easily accessible to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Pensacola area.”

”The first time we came here it was nice. The second time was not that great. I was very disappointed. That’s why we came again because I liked it. It’s a nice place but somewhere along the line. Someone dropped the ball. Got to our room, there was only three sets of towels. We have four people she was able to give my son a towel and a wash towel. But we need a more towel towels for the next day she said she did not have any old House. I didn’t understand that mean that they had a washer and...

”Very disappointing experience. There was no hair dryer provided in the room, and when we contacted the reception to request one, we were told that they did not have any spare hair dryers available. Instead of providing a simple solution, we were asked to change our room to another one. This was very inconvenient and not the level of service expected from a hotel.”
