”Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast. The staff were very kind and helpful. They seemed well-trained in customer service. We would stay there again.”

”The staff are wonderful. The property looks great. I felt very safe. The reason I’m giving this only three stars is they really need to invest in new mattresses. Considering this is probably the most important thing about a hotel when you’re staying the night and you need to get a restful night sleep. I’m making it while I’m reading it so average. In fact, the beds are horrible. They literally felt like I was sleeping on a crib mattress. They’re so thin.”

”Was not able to get the room we reserved they tried to give me a room not handicap accessible but telling me it was. Poor communication. Luckily one front desk clerk was able to figure it out and I was to get a handicap accessible room but not the suite I reserved prior to arrival they blamed it on Expedia. They need to know what is in there rooms. ”

”We rent hotel rooms because of the pillows and the mattress. Everything else is just dressing and dressing on the pillow pillows and the mattress.”

”Fairly clean room except for chair in the corner had a large stain on it. bathroom and bed were clean, which is the most important thing considering we only stayed one night. staff was AMAZING. the girl at the front desk (curly hair and a piercing) was so nice to me and my friend and was also very professional. her manager was also very kind. i did not have the complimentary breakfast because i have celiac (gluten allergy) and i know breakfasts at hotels can be bad about allergies. me and my...

”The breakfast was satisfactory.The carpet throughout the hotel is worn and or dirty.Cant really tell.The wallpaper in our bathroom was peeling off the wall in many places.The blind in the room was broken.It was permanently down,There was no way to raise it.The window behind the blind was damaged.It had strange coloring on it. I reported it to the front desk. She said she would inform maintenance.”

”I truly disliked my stay here and even checked out two days early, no receipt was given upon my check out to close out my stay or nothing. The rooms need a serious upgrade. The floors buckle when you walk on them, dishes out dated from the early 90’s, sofa dirty, unpleasant odor (I had to purchase a candle), and rust all over the bedside lamps. The staff disconnected and not inviting.”

”The staff here are amazing. We bought a house in the area & are moving. I liked this motel on our last visit two weeks prior so I booked again . No it's not a four seasons but it's clean , usually quiet & has the best staff I've ever encountered at a low cost hotel. I would stay again without hesitation. ”

”IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND.”
