”I was very impressed with this Hotel. All areas of the Hotel smelled great. No humid moldy old dirty sock smells here! Very clean lobby, breakfast area, rooms, and bathrooms. Polite staff and wonderful breakfast! Hotel right in the middle of everything… shopping & restaurants. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future which speaks volumes if you “know me”. ”

”This place was amazing! Gigi from front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was not only helpful with finding great restaurants and places to see in Pensacola but she was truly one of the nicest people I have met! The whole staff both morning and evening were friendly and personable during my stay. Her and the staff's hospitality was something I truly appreciated and look forward to coming back. ”

”Great hotel. Is pet friendly we stay only for one night but was good, clean, smells really good. The breakfast is complete and delicious. ”

”Loud music plays in hallways and from the bar downstairs late into the night. We had to turn on sound machines to drown it out even after we asked the staff to turn it down. The staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly. The hot tub never worked and the pool is in the shade of the building most of the day so it’s cold. There are people smoking outside right at the front entrance and on the back patio though it’s marked no smoking. The room is clean but the rest wasn’t great”

”Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nicely decorated, clean with very good lighting. However the chair for the desk needs to be replaced. Hot breakfast was very good. A very good Mexican restaurant is located next door to the hotel that we greatly enjoyed. We would stay here again. ”

”Renovation noise on 1st floor was very noisy, for much too long, during weekend stay. Hotel air quality, was not refreshing. Feet tripped several times, while walking, on loose carpets in hallway and by elevators. No common courtesy of basic hotel ammenties were provided. Overall atmosphere of hotel was not good, and overall needing a better upgrading of "quality" accommodations for guest. ”

”Staff was friendly and the room was spacious. That’s all the positives I have. Room was poor quality for the price. Disappointed as we thought we were paying for a premium room. Property is older and the floors and beds squeaked. We had someone knock on our door twice at 3 AM and again at 7:30 AM. Staff shrugged us off telling us there’s a bar close by and they probably had the wrong room. Not the experience we had hoped or paid for. ”

”I don’t know if the places offered complimentary room service or if I had to call to request it but my mistake was thinking I’d automatically receive it. The place looks nicer than it really is, it looks like it recently got remodeling done but instead of fixing issues they just worked over it and it shows. The staff was friendly but it only felt like it because that’s literally their job. Even with the discount I got I definitely feel like I over paid.”
