”Upon arrival there was a tone . Non welcoming . Two younger people at the desk-the blonde with braids was sweet but not the one checking me in. Had just come from MA in a lot of traffic- asked if there is a bathroom on main floor & the person checking me in abruptly told me my room has a bathroom.👌? Umm yes I would hope so . Not what I asked . I had three people dying use the facilities before lugging our stuff inside. I also answered her questions & said yes ma’am & then the tone was even...

”Thin walls and floors. Constant banging, yelling and jumping in neighboring rooms. Uncomfortable beds, tiny uncomfortable couch. Clean and walkable to area.”

”The location was great. Everything was clean and staff were helpful with recommendations.”

”This place is a hidden gem! My family and I booked on a whim and absolutely loved it. We had our two young children with us and it was perfect for our family of 4. I will say, the smaller pool or hot tub was covered and under repair but the main pool was perfect! Grill a picnic area and playground for small children. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We will definitely book again.”

There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny...

”Not like I remember 38 years ago. They stated outdoor pool closed for the season however when I looked at pool from a distance pool looked pristine and ready for business.check in was a little rocky, partially my fault, I booked two nights separately the staff combined bookings to one, beginning of second day house keeping knocking on the door thinking we had checked out.”
