”They didn’t clean our room properly (no hand towels) and when we called downstairs to ask for some they told us someone would be coming right up but no one ever came. The food menu in our room was the one from last fall, so it was useless. The food choices are very limited and of course quite expensive ($22 for Caesar salad). However the pool was gorgeous and we enjoyed it and the fire pit and all the outside seating. The exercise room was a little sparse but good enough for one person....

”We liked everything! The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and the rooms and everything was extremely clean. We missed sit down coffee in the morning so we made it in the room which had the amenities to do so. All was very very nice. No negatives!!!”

”Simply terrible. Check in: took 2 hrs to check in, only to be told that room isn’t ready and to come back later. No apology nothing. It’s obviously so common, staff don’t even bat an eye. Waterpark: needs completely refurbished. Disgusting. Dirt everywhere, and zero effort being made to clean. From dirty tissues in the pools, to just literally pieces of dirt and grime everywhere. Room: never cleaned, didn’t even have toilet paper and towels when I finally checked in. Everyone was leaving...

”Breakfast was meh. Paint was falling off the bathroom ceiling. Tv lost signal at one point. No smart tv. Location was good to outdoor activities and food. Bar/restaurant was good.”

”Super dirty and ran down, do your research on this place and believe all that you see. And if you decide to check out early due to dirty rooms they wont provide refund. It was not so disgusting in the past, really needs serious renovations, not cover ups.”
