”We only stayed for a night and enjoyed the logde. it is clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and parking is free. Ocean views are not much as mostly blocked by trees.”

”We’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed both stays. Excellent location, amenities (full kitchen), and views of the ocean. Communication with the staff was responsive and addressed our requests. We’ve seen hummingbirds early evening by the fire pit; a nice source of natural entertainment. Attached are 2 photos: sunset and reflection of the sunrise on the water’s horizon.”

”The staff was very helpful. We couldn’t figure out the fireplace and they were there within a minute to assist. Rooms were all updated and super clean. Great location. Must go to Cafe 1 to eat breakfast.”

”Beautiful room and views. Breakfast was nice too. Staff were great. Kitchen could use a dish towel and a serrated knife. Small fridge seemed to be overheating and not very cold. Grounds could use some maintenance. Not trying to be knit picky, just thought it should be better for the lofty price.”

”We stayed in the Emerald Room for the 4th of July (the largest with the peacocks and the king bed) and found the experience to be a beautiful gem inside Fort Bragg. Do plan accordingly because there is no microwave or any way to cook things, and the fridge was a little warm. I'm not knocking off any points for the appliance situation because it made the experience more historical and made the dream real. The tower was the highest point in Fort Bragg and gave an amazing view for the fireworks...

”Nice room with a phenomenal view. Staff is outstanding and friendly. Be aware though that you WILL be hearing the fog horn 24 hours a day. That being said, the white noise from the room fan covered it up pretty well. My wife is a VERY light sleeper and when we had that going she had no problems. I just didn't think the fog horn always went off even when there is no fog.”

”Insanely amazing view from my deck outside my cottage (Crystal.) It is a huge deck and I hosted a couple cocktail parties. Prior to going on a hike nearby, I asked if they could bring up a couple folding chairs for my guests. When I returned, hotel staff had brought up an entire wicker patio set with cushions and tables! And the cottage itself was just beautiful and very private.”

”I love our water tower room, very cute, clean very private. It’s close to everything but no problem with parking . We had a great time walking on the trail overlooking the coast and specially on sunset! Our breakfast delivered to our room was delicious . I highly recommend this place❤️”

Big screen TV, excellent walk in rain forest shower and great amenities. Views of the ocean are incredible and there is a trail along the cliff down to a beech area.
