”The only problem with the chalet was the beds they need new mattresses, the double bed you roll into the middle, so had poor sleep and woke up in pain.”

”Radiator not working so room was cold, tap on bath rattling and water spurting out took ages to fill bath. Shared room with a dozen ladybirds..canteen downstairs never open. Unlocked and unsafe left luggage hall.i came fownstairs a few times about radiator in the night and noonf on reception rang number on desk but it wasnt regonised. Reception not manned at all times.. the room was big and lovely and location good.”

”An absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Ocean. Such a lovely hotel, clean, modern and very well located on the sea front. Breakfast was really good with a great choice. My fave was the fresh fruit salad, the yogurt & compote so tasty. Although the sausages with the full English were good too! We cannot wait to go back.”

”The property was so smelly that we had to hold our breaths to reach to our room. Dirty and smelly throughout. Empty handwash and body shower or shampoo. Dirty linens as well. ”

”Hotel - very comfortable,safe & relaxing Staff are friendly welcoming & helpful Location is excellent on North Drive- great for walking , close to cafes/ bakery/ pub,bustop. ”

”Everything was great”

”Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. ”

”We had a lovely stay in a friendly village with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby. The cottage was perfect and had everything you could want. ”

”Lovely 2 night stay. Great to get an onsite parking space. Restaurant food was fabulous for breakfast and dinner. Staff were great especially Jill & her restaurant team. Will return again soon.”
