”Terrible experience. Owned by a couple and the wife is so mean and hateful. I accidentally got a stain on the sheets and felt so terrible about it. I balled the sheets up and put them by the door thinking they would be picked up. I came back that evening and nothing had been picked up. The trash was taken out and that’s it. My only issues were that the bathtub was very slippery and my young daughter slipped and fell getting into the shower and injured herself. ”Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....
