”The staff member that checked me in was outside on the phone when I arrived and as soon as I was checked in. I did not feel much warmth or as welcomed by them. The staff that checked me out was really warm and accommodating! The room was amazing. It was an overnight unplanned trip so I did not have time to use any amenities.”

”The sink was clogged and the iron was missing in the room. It was a pet room that smelled like a dirty pet the whole time. The staff was the greatest!”

The owners and staff warmly welcomed us back for our second stay, and one staff member even offered to bake us cookies! Breakfast was plentiful and varied, though it featured the same eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy each day. There was also plenty of cereal, yogurt, waffles, a small selection of fruit, a juice machine, a few baked goods, and a fancy coffee machine that’s excellent when it’s not...

”Rooms were clean but clearly dated. Breakfast was waffles only so I don’t think the hotel should claim breakfast. Staff was great. Microwave didn’t work in room but used the one in the lobby without issue. Didn’t use pool so no idea on that. Read reviews about smoke smell but did not experience that. Also no issue with water pressure. It wasn’t the greatest but no issue showering. You get what you pay for. Area was excellent.”

”It seems as though the property was going through a renovation so there was a little mess. However, the staff was very accommodating. My room did have a funny smell, and I bought air freshener at the grocery next door to help with that. But room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was nice to have groceries n restaurants right within reach.”
