”The property itself is in terrible condition. But the staff are so amazing, and they have done the best with what they have to work with. It's comfortable and clean as long as you have a good sense of adventure, and the location can't be beat. This was my second stay and I have no complaints.”

”The room was very nice. But the beds were uncomfortable, sheets felt rough. And the thermostat in the room didn’t work. The room was feeling hot and stuffy and stuck at 25 degrees. I even called the staff to come help and they said it’s controlled from the outside. And then didn’t make the room cooler!”

”Room and view was lovely. Nature paths are great. Concierge guys, spa and bar staff are friendly and helpful - but some others give you a very cold feeling. Building looks like it is getting very old. ”

”Breakfast included but no good, both of us didn’t even touch it, there was human hair in my egg, very disgusting. Bread was cold, you need to warm up yourself. The room is small, very narrow, bed was too soft, I need to see chiropractor after my trip due to I slept on this bed with no back support.! if you have a sensitive back, I would not suggest to stay only good thing is the staff is friendly and the location is very close to all the restaurants.”

”Cabin was clean and well stock. Gino gave us recommendations of were to eat and activies to do during our stay. Communication throughout our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this place for peaceful and relaxing stay. 20 minute walk to city centre. ”

”The hotel is a bit of a hostel. Each apartment has one room that will sleep one or two people my first night. I had a wonderful double bed with a wonderful duvet. The balance of my stay I shared with a group member. The other room has bunk beds and sleeps 8? There is a full kitchen tea and mate and instant coffee are provided. The building is cute. And is an inexpensive Uber ride from downtown I think each trip was three or four dollars. For my purposes, it was absolutely perfect.”

”Pleasant hotel, with clean, attractive rooms and our room had a great view of the harbor. The breakfast room and view were excellent. One staff member, Angie, was exceptional. Well located if you have no mobility challenges but the trek up the hill from the business area was a bit arduous. All in all a very good value.”

”Staffs are very nice and helpful. I was granted that one night I asked more cover sheet after midnight. There was still a staff there to help.”
